How do I return an item?

Missing Items

If you are missing items in your order simply send us an email at or call 1-800-951-9481 to report the problem to our Customer Service Department within five business days upon arrival of your purchase.


We carefully inspect each order to make sure but if you find a defect we will gladly accept your return up to 30 days after the purchase with a full refund including shipping. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-951-9481 or email us at to obtain a return authorization before taking any steps to return any product.

What we can do:

The following may be returned:

Merchandise sold by the piece, such as a zippers or spools of thread.

All returns have a 20% restocking charge.

What we can’t do:

Trims, fabric, and special edition items that are cut and sold by the yard are not returnable.
